Previously based in Henley-in-Arden, the directors and team have now relocated to our offices in Solihull, a move which will help us to provide clients with a seamless service, securing the best deals at the lowest cost.
All this means that obtaining a mortgage loan in respect of your own home will be easier for you. Apart from the cost savings of securing the right deal, you will also receive a further cost benefit. Ordinarily when mortgage services are purchased, the mortgage broker or lender obtains an accountant's reference in support of the application to demonstrate that loan repayments can be met. However this incurs an additional cost.
