We are pleased to announce that Liz completed her triathalon on 5th June 2010 in a very respectable time of 1hr 36 minutes, despite the baking hot weather.

As a result, she has managed to raise sponsorship in the sum of £1,100, which will be donated to our nominated charity, Help for Heroes.
