Mortgages Together Ltd
Mortgages Together was founded in 2003 by Trevor Pugh with the aim of providing first class, independent residential and commercial mortgage advice.
The Directors of Mortgages Together have extensive experience of working for Bank and Building societies at senior levels. Trevor himself was previously a senior branch manager for the Alliance & Leicester PLC in central London.
Why take independent, whole market advice?
With a tough economic environment and rigorous lending criteria imposed by banks since the credit crunch it is essential to seek independent advice for mortgage borrowing now more than ever before.
Mortgage rates available for different loan to value ratios vary significantly between lenders; these rates determine what you can borrow and therefore what property you can afford to buy. Income criteria also differ quite considerably between lenders, as well as their changing appetites for lending from month to month.
Going to a high street lender may not result in you receiving a bespoke, whole of market solution, or the level of personal service you require.
Valuation issues and delays are being caused by market uncertainty and as such, bridging and "letting to buy" are options to be seriously considered. But such issues can only be managed by an experienced, specialist mortgage broker.
Mortgages Together's extensive experience means that they are specialists at locating the best mortgages to meet your needs and, unlike many other brokers, will generally not charge a fee* for their services.
Their specialist services include:
- Mortgages on residential properties
- Mortgages on commercial properties
- Buy-to-Let mortgages
- Bridging finance
- Life assurance, mortgage and income protection insurance
