Jerroms Mortgage & Finance Appoints Commercial Finance Director to Drive Growth

Jerroms has strengthened its leadership team within its Mortgage and Finance service line with the appointment of David McCarthy as Commercial Finance Director.

David joins Jerroms from specialist lender Black and White Bridging, bringing extensive experience across commercial lending, property finance and complex debt structuring. His appointment marks a significant step in Jerroms’ plans to expand and enhance its commercial finance and debt advisory offering.

In his new role, David will focus on driving revenue growth, developing new lending relationships and supporting both existing and new clients with a full range of debt solutions including funding for growth, refinancing, restructuring and property‑backed lending.
